Freezing Fog...
I have NEVER heard this but I guess it must come along with humidity when it snows because there we have "freezing fog and heavy snow" here in Delaware... so weird. And let me tell you the humidity makes this place so much colder then the temperature says, burrr, and the damn wind (it has been super windy since we moved here!!
When it snows here EVERYTHING shuts down! It's not like in Montana if it snows 3 feet you still are going to work/school.
