Updates!

Ok so it has taking me a little longer then normal to update you on the things she does now that she is 7 months but we have been super busy. To make for it here is a video of what exactly she does all day AND TRUST me she is not crying, that's just the noise she makes all the time-- SHE LOVES TO HEAR HER OWN VOICE!

Tobin says she is going to be the next "britney" hahah.

  • eats solids for lunch and dinner, but still nurses as well
  • LOVES puffs and gram crackers
  • YELLS all the time just to make noise
  • Going through the MOMMY phase big time right now
  • gets extremely excited when daddy comes home
  • gets extremely excited and makes this sqweeling noise when she sees you while in her crib
  • tries to pull herself up in the crib
  • PUSHES and turns RED when she is trying to go to potty (looks painful, but hilarious)
  • rolls constantly
  • She is much harder to change on the changing table now because when the diaper comes off she is trying to roll over and get into crawling position
  • scoots while trying to crawl- she is sooo close just can't figure out how to move her arms while moving her legs at the same time... she does the "worm" kind of!
  • discovers a new noise she can make about every 5-7 days and does it contantly for the following week
  • "pets" Theo and Otis, more so pulls their hair, they just sit there and look at her :)
  • LOVES her highchair, I think she feels like a big girl in it and gets to eat with us
  • Plays by herself VERY well and entertains herself well (but there are always those bad days that come and go ;)
  • whines
  • gets mad when you take her toys away and then is determined to go get them after she gives you the nastiest look ever
  • gets very shy and sometimes even cries when around strangers, only if they hold her otherwise she flirts with them or just stares VERY hard at them hah.
That sums it up-- Ella is EVERYWHERE!

Also we start SWIM LESSONS TODAY @ the YMCA!!! :) I signed her up for a mommy and me class that consists of 7 weeks on Wednesday evenings. Can't wait! And on Mondays starting next week a "little musical notes" class @ the Y as well- basically a way to meet and play with some kids her own age for a 30-40 minutes a week.
